S.D. Admin. R. 44:05:02:18 - Publication of phone number when not on 911

A ground ambulance licensee that is not connected to a 911 emergency service must publish the telephone number at which persons can access the licensee's service for emergency medical services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the telephone directory serving the community listed on the licensee's ambulance application as its usual and ordinary place of business. The licensee must publish its number in the white pages of the telephone directory under the heading "Ambulance Service/Emergency" as long as it holds a valid ambulance license or until its service is connected to 911 or E-911.
