Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0240-10-01-.01 - PURPOSE
(1) The purpose of this section is to
establish a uniform policy for immunization requirements for students of the
University of Memphis ("the University"). These rules are subject to any
superseding federal or state law and are not to be construed as limiting the
University in other areas.
