Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0400-46-02-.10 - GRANT AGREEMENT
(1) The grant
agreement will be a legally binding contract between the State and the
recipient. The agreement will contain general conditions and may, if necessary,
contain special conditions.
(2) The
general conditions will be requirements of law, regulations and policies of the
State of Tennessee relative to the Act as defined under this chapter.
(3) The special conditions of the grant
agreement will relate to specific provisions unique for an individual project
to include, but not limited to, time schedules, and performance
requirements.
