Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0540-03-.10 - SUPERVISION
(1) Every student in a school of electrology
shall at all times be under the daily, personal and direct supervision of a
licensed electrology instructor and at no time shall any electrology student be
permitted to engage in the treatment of patients unless under the visual
observation or supervision of a licensed electrology instructor.
(2) Every student in a limited license
training program shall at all times be under the personal supervision of a
board certified or board eligible dermatologist.
