Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1110-09-.09 - WAIVER OF INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT SCHOOL
(1) The Commission
may grant a waiver of the requirement to complete instructor development school
based upon the following factors:
(a)
Training;
(b) Education;
and
(c) Experience.
