Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1200-06-03-.06 - MINIMUM STANDARDS

Each laboratory shall comply with the standards as set forth in 42 C. F. R. Part 493 of the current CLIA Regulations. These standards are deemed to be the minimum standard acceptable to the Board. Failure to meet the CLIA standards may result in disciplinary action as defined in Rule 1200-06-03-.05.
