Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1320-08-10-.07 - REIMBURSEMENT

Every dealer shall be entitled to reimbursement from the purchaser in the amount of the statutory fee for each "tag" issued but he is not authorized to collect additional amounts as service or other charges.
