(1) The definitions in T.C.A. § 49-4-902 shall apply to this rule.

(2) Tennessee National Guard: The term is defined in T.C.A. § 49-4-926(b)(3).

(3) Veteran: The term is defined in T.C.A. § 49-4-938(b)(2).
