Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1700-03-01-.08 - APPEAL OF DISABILITY DENIALS
If a disability applicant is denied, an appeal must be filed within ninety (90) days after notification of the denial has been made. If an appeal is not filed within this period, the right to appeal the original application is waived. This does not prohibit the member from filing a new disability application at a later date.
