1 Tex. Admin. Code § 167.3 - Definitions
The definitions contained in Insurance Code, § RSA 1467.001 shall apply in addition to the definitions set forth as follows.
(1)
Chief Judge--The chief administrative law judge of SOAH.
(2) Health Insurance Mediation Request--The
completed form described in and available at
http://www.tdi.state.tx.us/consumer/cpmmediation.html.
(3) SOAH--The State Office of Administrative
Hearings.
(4) Special Judge--A
person having the qualifications prescribed in Texas Civil Practice and
Remedies Code, Chapter 151.
