1 Tex. Admin. Code § 372.1507 - TANF Supplemental Relative Payment
In addition to regular TANF benefits, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission pays a one-time payment to an eligible caretaker who cares for a TANF-certified child as authorized by the Texas Human Resources Code § 31.0041.
