19 Tex. Admin. Code § 100.1041 - Accountability Ratings and Sanctions
(a)
Commissioner authority. The commissioner of education may take any action
relating to the charter holder or any of its charter campuses authorized by
Texas Education Code (TEC), Chapter 39A, and the rules adopted under that
chapter. Except as expressly provided by statute, the commissioner may take any
accountability action against a charter holder or charter campus that the
commissioner is authorized to take against a school district or campus under
the subchapters of TEC, Chapter 39A.
(b) Charter holder cooperation. A charter
holder and its employees and agents shall fully cooperate with an action under
subsection (a) of this section and shall take all actions necessary to secure
the cooperation of a management company. Failure to comply with lawful
requests, directives, or other Texas Education Agency (TEA) actions under
subsection (a) of this section constitutes a material charter
violation.
(c) Management company
cooperation. A management company and its employees and agents shall fully
cooperate with an action under subsection (a) of this section. Failure to
comply with lawful requests, directives, or other TEA actions under subsection
(a) of this section constitutes a management company breach.
