25 Tex. Admin. Code § 1.201 - Purpose
The purpose of these sections is to:
(1) define abuse or neglect of a child and
describe procedures for reporting and investigating in accordance with the
Family Code, Chapter 261; and
(2)
define abuse, neglect or exploitation of an elderly or disabled person and
describe procedures for reporting and investigating in accordance with the
Human Resources Code, Chapter 48.
