26 Tex. Admin. Code § 749.3627 - What must I document regarding interviews for an adoptive home screening?

You must document all interviews and attempts to complete interviews. The documentation must be a part of the adoptive home record and include:

(1) The date and method used to contact each required person;

(2) The date of each interview;

(3) Who was present at each interview and their relationship to the adoptive applicants; and

(4) A summary of each interview.
