28 Tex. Admin. Code § 21.5013 - Mediation Participation
Under Insurance Code § 1467.101 (concerning Bad Faith), conduct that constitutes bad faith mediation includes failing to:
(1) participate in the
mediation;
(2) provide information
that the mediator believes is necessary to facilitate an agreement;
or
(3) designate a representative
participating in the mediation with full authority to enter into any mediated
agreement.
