28 Tex. Admin. Code § 3.4002 - All Forms To Be Filed for Review Unless Specifically Exempted

All life and accident and sickness policy forms and annuity contract forms intended for use in this state, including application, rider, or endorsement forms not specifically exempted by this subchapter, must be filed to be reviewed and approved in accordance with Insurance Code § 1701.051 and § 1701.054.
