43 Tex. Admin. Code § 23.11 - Purpose
Transportation Code, Chapter 204, authorizes the department to create and publish travel information for distribution to the traveling public and to include paid advertising in travel information if the quality and quantity of the travel information is maintained. This subchapter prescribes the department's policies and procedures relating to the development, production, printing, marketing, and distribution of travel information by or for the department.
