Utah Admin. Code R313-21-1 - Purpose and Scope
(1) R313-21
establishes general licenses for the possession and use of radioactive material
contained in certain items and a general license for ownership of radioactive
material.
(2) The rules set forth
herein are adopted pursuant to the provisions of Sections
19-3-104(3)
and 19- 3-104(6).
