Utah Admin. Code R313-25-35 - Director Inspections of Land Disposal Facilities
(1) Licensees shall afford to the Director,
at reasonable times, opportunity to inspect waste not yet disposed of, and the
premises, equipment, operations, and facilities in which wastes are received,
possessed, handled, treated, stored, or disposed of.
(2) Licensees shall make available to the
Director for inspection, upon reasonable notice, records kept by it pursuant to
these rules. Authorized representatives of the Director may copy and take away
copies of, for the Director's use, any records required to be kept pursuant to
Rule R313-25.
