Utah Admin. Code R313-25-4 - License Required
(1) Persons shall
not receive, possess, store, treat, or dispose of waste at a land disposal
facility unless authorized by a license issued by the Director pursuant to the
Utah Radiation Control Act and Rules R313-25 and R313-22.
(2) Persons shall file an application with
the Director pursuant to Section
R313-22-32
and obtain a license as provided in Rule R313-25 before commencement of
construction of a land disposal facility. Failure to comply with this
requirement may be grounds for denial of a license and other penalties
established by law and rules.
