Utah Admin. Code R354-15-108 - Authority of Conducting Procurement Unit with Respect to an Evaluation Committee
Nothing in this R354-15-108 restricts the CRAU from:
(1) requiring an evaluation committee member
to disclose a conflict of interest; or
(2) removing an evaluation committee member
for having a conflict of interest.
