Utah Admin. Code R357-47-106 - Evaluation Priorities
(1) The office
shall consider each application for grant funding based on its individual
merits, regardless of whether the applicant has previously received funding
from the office.
(2) The office may
prioritize projects that:
(a) demonstrate
matching funds;
(b) contribute to
job creation and retention;
(c) are
located in a rural county;
(d)
propose greater marginal benefit in relation to marginal cost; or
(e) address a specific priority, as
determined by the office.
(3) The office may choose not to fund
applicants who have not complied with reporting requirements for previous or
current contracts with the office in the last three years.
