Utah Admin. Code R590-148-20 - Filing Requirements for Advertising
(1) Upon request, an insurer shall file with
the commissioner a copy of any long-term care insurance advertisement intended
for use in this state.
(2) An
insurer shall retain an advertisement for at least three years from the date
the advertisement was first used.
