Utah Admin. Code R657-27-11 - Change of Business Ownership
(1) License agent authorizations are
nontransferable.
(2) The license
agent must notify the division of any anticipated change of ownership of the
license agent's business at least 30 business days prior to the change of
ownership.
(3) Prior to change of
ownership, unless otherwise directed by the division in writing, the license
agent must:
(a) remit payment for all
wildlife documents sold minus remuneration; and
(b) return all unsold wildlife documents or
license paper to the division.
