Utah Admin. Code R657-44-1 - Purpose and Authority
Under authority of Section 23-16-2, 23-16-3, 23-16-3.1, 23-16-3.2 and 23-16-4, this rule provides:
(1) the
procedures, standards, requirements, and limits for assessing big game
depredation; and
(2) mitigation
procedures for big game depredation.
