12 Va. Admin. Code § 5-431-390 - Spas, swimming pools, and other swimming facilities
Any spa, swimming pool, or other swimming facility located at or operated in connection with a hotel shall comply with the department's swimming pool regulations as specified in 12VAC5-431-30.
