18 Va. Admin. Code § 95-30-50 - Practice by a licensed nursing home administrator
Pursuant to § 54.1-3102B of the Code of Virginia, a person who holds a license as a nursing home administrator issued by the board may engage in the general administration of an assisted living facility.
