22 Va. Admin. Code § 40-73-110 - Staff general qualifications

All staff shall:

1. Be considerate and respectful of the rights, dignity, and sensitivities of persons who are aged or infirm or who have disabilities;

2. Be able to speak, read, understand, and write in English as necessary to carry out their job responsibilities; and

3. Meet the requirements specified in the Regulation for Background Checks for Assisted Living Facilities and Adult Day Centers (22VAC40-90).
