6 Va. Admin. Code § 35-101-140 - Job descriptions
A. There shall
be a written job description for each position that, at a minimum, includes
the:
1. Job title or position;
2. Duties and responsibilities of the
incumbent;
3. Job title or
identification of the immediate supervisor; and
4. Minimum education, experience, knowledge,
skills, and abilities required for entry-level performance of the
job.
B. A copy of the
job description shall be given to each person assigned to a position prior to
assuming that position's duties.
