8 Va. Admin. Code § 40-132-140 - Graduate eligibility criteria for an initial award
A. In order to receive a Commonwealth Award,
the graduate student must be enrolled full-time into an eligible program on or
after the term's census date.
B. An
individual award may be based on financial need but may, in addition to or
instead of, be based on other criteria determined by the institution making the
award.
