9 Va. Admin. Code § 25-120-15 - Applicability of incorporated references based on the dates that they became effective

Except as noted, when a regulation of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) set forth in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations is referenced or adopted in this chapter and incorporated by reference, that regulation shall be as it exists and has been published as of July 1, 2022.
