9 Va. Admin. Code § 25-880-40 - [Effective until 7/1/2024] Delegation of authorities to state and local programs

A board-approved VSMP authority is authorized to administer requirements of this general permit, including but not limited to:

(i) registration statement acceptance,

(ii) fee collection, and

(iii) stormwater management plan review and approval dependent upon conditions established as part of the board approval.
