Wash. Admin. Code § 137-56-107 - Adoption or revision of serious violations
(1) The
secretary may adopt and/or revise serious violations.
(2) Before adopting or revising a serious
violation, the secretary shall, when applicable, follow the rule-making
procedures of chapter 34.05 RCW, Administrative Procedure Act.
(3) Nothing herein shall be construed as
limiting the department of corrections' exclusion from the Administrative
Procedure Act under
RCW
34.05.030 (1)(c).
