Wash. Admin. Code § 170-295-6030 - What are the special requirements regarding American Indian children?
When five percent or more of the center's child enrollment consists of American Indian children, you must develop social services resource and staff training programs designed to meet the special needs of such children through coordination with tribal, Indian health service, and Bureau of Indian Affairs social service staff, and appropriate urban Indian and Alaska native consultants.
