Wash. Admin. Code § 170-295-6060 - Who is allowed to have unsupervised access to children in care?
(1) During
operating hours or while a child is in care, individuals allowed to have
unsupervised access to the child in care are:
(a) You;
(b) An employee or volunteer who has been
authorized by DEL to care for or have unsupervised access to children in child
care; and
(c) A representative of a
governmental agency who has specific, verifiable authority supported by
documentation for the access.
(2) A parent can have unsupervised access
only to his or her own child. A parent may sign an authorization for an
individual to have unsupervised access to his or her own child (for example a
therapist).
(3) You must not allow
anyone else to have unsupervised access to a child in child care.
