Wash. Admin. Code § 181-86-035 - Suspension order-Definition
As used in this chapter, the term "suspension order" means an official document issued by the superintendent of public instruction which contains:
(1) Findings of
fact.
(2) One or more conclusions
of law stating one or more of the following:
(a) The commission of an act of
unprofessional conduct.
(b) The
lack of good moral character.
(c)
The lack of personal fitness.
(3) An order suspending the education
practitioner from practicing for a stated period of time.
(4) Such order may contain a requirement that
the education practitioner fulfill certain conditions before resuming
professional practice and certain conditions after resuming professional
practice.
