Wash. Admin. Code § 208-548-090 - Director may consult with and obtain information from appropriate federal regulatory authority
The director may consult with appropriate federal regulatory agencies in connection with any application filed hereunder and shall consider any information received from such agency or agencies in ruling upon the application.
