Wash. Admin. Code § 246-03-001 - Purpose
This chapter implements the statewide rules in chapter 197-11 WAC as they apply to the department of health. These rules are promulgated under RCW 43.21C.120 (the State Environmental Policy Act) and chapter 197-11 WAC (SEPA rules).
