(1) Each licensee
or registrant shall afford the department at all reasonable times opportunity
to inspect sources of radiation and the premises and facilities wherein such
sources of radiation are used or stored.
(2) Each licensee or registrant shall make
available to the department for inspection, upon reasonable notice, records
maintained pursuant to these rules.
(3) In accordance with the Public Disclosure
Act, the department shall make available to each licensee or registrant a copy
of every inspection report written which covers any inspection of the
licensee's or registrant's source of radiation, records, premises, or
facilities. Copies of these inspection records shall be submitted to the
licensee or registrant by the department upon receipt of the written request of
the licensee or registrant.
(4) Any
person who resists, impedes, or in any manner interferes with any individual
who performs inspections which are related to any activity or facility
registration/ license issued by the department is subject to immediate license
or registration certificate revocation as well as applicable civil and criminal
penalties.
