Wash. Admin. Code § 246-272A-0282 - Minor repair of malfunctions
The local health officer:
(1) Shall require the minor repair of a
malfunction to a functioning state;
(2) May require a permit for a minor repair
of a malfunction; and
(3) May
require the OSS owner to submit information regarding minor repairs of a
malfunction.
