Wash. Admin. Code § 246-360-120 - Heating and cooling
(1) The licensee
must provide a safe, adequate means of maintaining an ambient air temperature
of at least 65 degrees Fahrenheit in each lodging unit.
(2) A licensee providing a cooling system
must keep the system safe, clean, and in good working condition.
(3) All air filters must be cleaned or
replaced regularly or as needed.
