Wash. Admin. Code § 246-808-990 - Chiropractic fees and renewal cycle
(1)
Licenses and registrations must be renewed on the practitioner's birthday every
year as provided in chapter 246-12 WAC, Part 2.
(2) The following nonrefundable fees will be
charged for chiropractic licensure:
