Wash. Admin. Code § 260-14-070 - Violations
(1) Any violation of
any of the rules in this chapter by any commissioner will be considered
official misconduct and will be reported by the executive secretary to the
governor.
(2) Any violation by any
employee will be considered misconduct and will be grounds for discipline,
including termination.
