Wash. Admin. Code § 262-01-010 - Purpose
This rule is promulgated pursuant to (section 4(3), chapter 161, Laws of 1983) which directs that the Washington state housing finance commission has authority to implement the provisions of chapter 161, Laws of 1983. The purpose of these rules is to insure compliance by the Washington state housing finance commission with the provisions of chapters 34.04 and 42.17 RCW.
