Wash. Admin. Code § 296-150I-0370 - Manufactured home installation inspections
All manufactured home installations must be inspected and approved by the local enforcement agency as required by regulations established by HUD for manufactured housing.
Local enforcement agencies may enter into interagency agreements with the department to perform installation inspections on their behalf. A permit must be purchased with the department for these inspections.
