Wash. Admin. Code § 296-62-08007 - Permissible exposure limit (PEL)

Permissible exposure limit (PEL). The employer must ensure that no employee is exposed to an airborne concentration of chromium (VI) in excess of 5 micro-grams per cubic meter of air (5 (mu)g/m\3\), calculated as an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA).
