Wash. Admin. Code § 296-874-20034 - Inspect scaffolds and scaffold components
You must make sure scaffolds and scaffold components are inspected for visible defects by a competent person:
(1) Before each work shift; and
(2) After anything occurs that could affect
the scaffold's structural integrity.
