Wash. Admin. Code § 315-38-190 - Unclaimed prize money

For winning official Mega Millions tickets for which no claim or redemption is made within the specified claim period for each respective party lottery, the corresponding prize moneys shall be returned to the other party lotteries in accordance with procedures for the reconciliation of prize liability pursuant to the multistate agreement and as may be agreed from time to time by the directors of the party lotteries.
