Wash. Admin. Code § 357-19-045 - Can the length of a probationary period be extended?
The probationary period for the class of campus police officer (or successor title) may not be extended. For all other classes, employers may extend the probationary period for an individual employee or for all employees in a class as long as the extension does not cause the total period to exceed twelve months.
