Wash. Admin. Code § 357-19-250 - During an in-training plan, when does an employee advance to the next training step?
The employee automatically advances to the next training step and job class after satisfactory completion of the training requirements of the lower step. After successful completion of all training steps, the employee moves to the goal class.
